Liz is an HR Admin specialist with experience in both the private and public sectors. Her aim is to provide administrative processes and solutions which make sound business and economic sense whilst maintaining confidence and security for the workforce. Being part of Sussex HR Hub allows her to work alongside other HR professionals who share these values.
Liz has previously provided HR Admin management for a national leisure and hospitality brand; working on the development and introduction of new HR systems during a period of company rebranding and restructure, and the implementation of a performance reward programme. She also has experience of working in the Corporate Finance and Property industries.
More recently, Liz has worked on projects to review working patterns in the Healthcare sector and a major job evaluation exercise for organisation-wide restructure.
